Treatment Payments

Payments for aesthetic treatments and services are subject to the terms of this policy. Once a treatment has been performed, payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where a refund is otherwise approved by YSTAN BEAUTY.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee where permitted by applicable law and disclosed during booking.

Deposits

Deposits paid to secure an appointment may be applied toward your treatment cost. Deposit refundability and any applicable cancellation fees will be communicated during the booking process.

Any non-refundable deposit terms will be disclosed before payment and applied only where permitted by applicable law.

Packages & Prepaid Treatments

Refund eligibility for prepaid packages, memberships and multiple-session plans depends on the package terms, treatments already received and applicable consumer protection laws.

If you wish to cancel the remaining sessions in a package, please contact our team to discuss your options.

Treatment Results

Individual results vary depending on the treatment, skin condition and individual response. Aesthetic treatments cannot guarantee specific results.

Dissatisfaction with results alone does not automatically qualify for a refund. We encourage you to discuss your expectations with our team before treatment.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

Medical Suitability

Your safety is our priority. If a treatment is determined to be unsuitable following an appropriate assessment, we will discuss available options, which may include rescheduling, an alternative treatment or a refund where appropriate and legally required.

Clinic Cancellations

If YSTAN BEAUTY cancels your appointment and cannot offer a suitable alternative, you may choose to reschedule or request a refund for payments made toward the affected appointment.
